Home collection or a lab visit — your workflow either way
A home-collection booking moves from Booked to Collection Scheduled once you've arranged the visit, then to Sample Collected. A lab-visit booking skips straight to Sample Collected the moment the patient walks in and gives the sample. Either way, submitting the report moves it to Report Ready and notifies the patient immediately.
